Established in 2004, we have three production sites which cover an area of 156000 squre meters and outputs over 20000 ton of tumbling media, over 3000 sets of finishing machines, over 3000 ton of polishing compound annually. The production scale among surface finishing industry is one of the largest in the world. Products sell well at home and abroad, such as America, Japan, Korea, Australia, German, Switzerland etc, over 50 countries totally.

Inovatec boasts a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spread over 25000 square meters and a well-trained workforce of professional designers and engineers. We have started using natural gas instead of coal to improve product quality and also to address the environmental impact of coal.
We also use automatic casting machine for PU, improving the product life. The 5S Quality Control System ensures higher safety and quality of our products. So far, we have managed to export nearly 80% of our products to various countries in the Americas, Europe, and South-East Asia.

Inovatec believes in employing environment-friendly manufacturing processes and raw materials. We also believe in building environment-friendly products that can be used safely and effectively for years. With the increasing awareness of how mass finishing industry is harming the environment, we have stepped up our efforts to design eco-friendly machines and media.
Our tumbling media is wear-resistant, which reduces the production of sludge. We use organic raw materials produced from renewable resources such as corn COB grit or walnut shell grit. The polishing compounds are concentrated and water-based, requiring minimal usage in both, barrel and tumbling processes.
